New Company Data CSV — Daily MCA Data in CSV Format

Download daily new company registration data as clean, structured CSV files. Every record includes CIN, company name, address, capital, directors, email, and phone — ready to open in Excel or import straight into Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.

What is a CSV File?

A CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file is a universal plain-text format used to store tabular data. Each line in the file represents one row, and each field within that row is separated by a comma. The first row is usually a header that names every column, so both humans and software can understand the structure at a glance.

Because CSV is plain text, it opens in almost any application — Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, Notepad, and every major CRM. There are no proprietary formats, no macros, and no compatibility headaches. A CSV file created on a Windows laptop will open identically on a Mac, a Linux server, or inside Salesforce.

We chose CSV as the delivery format for our new company data for three reasons. First, universal compatibility: any spreadsheet or CRM your team already uses can read it. Second, small file size: daily files stay under 1 MB, so they arrive cleanly by email and open instantly. Third, easy import: the structured, comma-delimited layout maps cleanly to CRM fields, so you can load hundreds of new companies in minutes without manual cleaning. For hands-on Excel techniques, see our companion guide on using company data in Excel.

CSV Encoding and Format Details

Our CSV files follow a consistent, predictable structure so they import cleanly into any tool on the first try. Here is exactly what to expect inside every file.

UTF-8 encoded to support Indian-language characters in names and addresses
Comma-delimited values with a header row naming every column
Dates stored in DD/MM/YYYY format for consistent Indian usage
Numbers stored plain, without currency symbols or thousand separators
Text fields containing commas are wrapped in double quotes
Each row represents one newly registered company or LLP

Because the format is consistent across every daily delivery, you can build a one-time import mapping in your CRM and reuse it each day — no re-formatting, no surprises. Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the new company data CSV format.

What format is the company data delivered in?

NewCompanyAlert delivers data as CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files. CSV is a universal, plain-text format that opens natively in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and every major CRM tool, so you can start working with your company data the moment it arrives in your inbox.

What encoding is the CSV file?

Every CSV file is UTF-8 encoded. This ensures Indian-language characters that occasionally appear in company names and registered addresses render correctly in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM imports without producing garbled text or missing characters.

How many columns are in the CSV?

Email Only plan CSV files contain 14 columns covering company registration and email data. Email + Phone plan CSV files contain 17 columns, adding director names, DIN, and director mobile numbers for direct sales outreach.

Can I import the CSV into Salesforce or HubSpot?

Yes. The CSV format is compatible with all major CRM tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics. You simply map each CSV column to the corresponding CRM field during the import wizard and the records load in minutes.

Is the CSV file large?

No. Daily CSV files are typically under 1 MB, making them easy to open in Excel and attach to an email. Monthly compilations, which bundle several days of data into a single file, may be larger but still open comfortably in any modern spreadsheet application.
